Verbalic AI was used to generate rich, commercial product descriptions at scale across 15,000+ products, and Shopify Flow automation helped manage complex data handling despite the ERP's older XML communication method.

Bringing it to Life

Shero delivered the full B2C migration in two months using a premium Shopify theme with light customization for speed and cost efficiency. The hybrid B2B model was then extended using Shopify Plus B2B features combined with real-time, company-specific pricing via Patchworks. Custom features included rich navigation menus, custom product page blocks, checkout elements, and bundle product functionality for curated instrument packages.
