CCL needed to migrate from their legacy iApps platform to Magento 2 to gain mobile capabilities, better reporting, improved SEO, and international selling. They also needed to integrate Microsoft Dynamics365 for streamlined internal processes and VitalSource for eBook delivery, with an overall goal of building brand awareness, increasing revenue, and improving the client experience for both US and international visitors.

Finding the Solution

Following a deep discovery process that included an onsite visit to fully understand the brand, Shero migrated existing data onto a customized Magento 2 site designed with optimized SEO and brand aesthetics. A custom integration between Magento 2 and Dynamics365 was architected and built by Shero team members to meet CCL's complex back-office requirements.

The new Magento 2 store integrated Microsoft Dynamics365 for back-office operations and VitalSource for eBook delivery. The customer-facing experience was enhanced with single sign-on, coupon and shipping options, optimized product pages, and a streamlined checkout flow across devices. Social commerce capabilities were also added to allow products to be shared and sold through social media channels.
